I grew up as an only child in a single parent family. It was just me and my Mom, and she often worked 2 and 3 jobs to keep a roof over my head, food in my stomach, and clothes on my back. I remember taking taxi’s home from school to an empty house. While I relished the freedom, I felt lonesome and abandoned. I never had any male role models to teach me about love, sex, or romance and I wound up learning all that from "esteemed" educational sources such as Hustler, Penthouse, and porn movies. With loneliness as a constant companion, I build a fortress of self-reliance around my heart to protect me from the hurt, shame, and self-doubt I didn’t know how to process.
Not surprisingly, I found myself intensely intrigued by relationships. Clearly it was due to the personal deficits I experienced early on. So, I sought out the books, teachers, workshops, and courses that would teach me all that I never knew about love, romance, and women. I studied the writings of Alison Armstrong, Barbara DeAngelis, John Gray, Robert Glover, Destin Gerek, and David Deida. I attended workshops hosted by The Gottmans, Gay and Katie Hendricks, Jayson Gaddis, and John Wineland. I absorbed and integrated everything I could on communication, conflict management, dating, and how to find, build, and deepen love.
Over the decades, I charted my own magnificence and delved deeply into my shadow side. With the help of therapists and coaches, I slayed my inner demons and learned to love all parts of myself – good and bad. As a result, I now know who I am, what I want, and where I'm going. I learned the secrets to attracting women, understanding what they want and need from men, and creating deep, loving connections. With all the years of learning and practice, I now teach other men how to tap their masculinity, attract women, and develop great relationships based on trust, mutual respect, and open, honest communication.
